The delivery fee that is charged is based on the order amount and the agreed service.

For all orders over $39 TEGAL provides free shipping carried by Australia Post with tracking numbers.

For orders below $39 TEGAL charges a flat rate of $7.95 with the same Australia Post service.

All orders from TEGAL come with a valid tracking number from Australia Post service.

Australia Post Register Post (2 – 9 days): This is the standard mail service generally used for smaller items such as data cables, screen protectors, etc.

Australia Post eParcel (2 – 6 days): For larger items we use Australia Post Parcel service. If you’re not home on delivery Australia Post will send you a notification with an alternate delivery point (Post office or an Australia Post collection hub).

Australia Post Express Delivery (1 – 2 business days): We use Australia Post Express service and normally it takes 1-2 days if your location is within Australia Post Express delivery grid.

It depends on where you are. Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse on the next business day. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Please use Australia Post Express service if you are in a hurry.

We use are partnered with Australia Post and all our orders will be delivered by Australia Post couriers.

All orders will come with a valid tracking number which will be sent to you once the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

There are some special considerations that need to be taken into account when sending orders to an Australia Post Collection Point (Parcel Locker, Post Office or a PO Box), Locked Bag or RMB address types.

Size: Parcels cannot be larger than 39 x 36 x 64cm and heavier than 16kg

Please note: Standard shipping deliveries may take longer for these address types.

Please let us know in the order notes if you request Authority to Leave (ATL).

If your goods have been taken to the closest Post Office or Australia Post depot, you will receive an SMS letting you know the address. You have 7 days to collect the goods before they are returned to the depot.

Please note that you must present photo ID when collecting your order.

Returns

TEGAL products directly sold by TEGAL.com.au are provided with a 60 day D.O.A warranty.
This warranty applies if you believe that your product is faulty and is valid within 60 days of your purchase.
If the item received as faulty, to ensure the minimal refund processing time, please contact us directed as following:
a) Take photo of the damaged item, faulty item, wrong item or screenshots of incompatible scene as a proof.
b) Contact us stating the problem and your wish for exchange or refund, we will try the best to satisfy your requirement.
c) Please wait for 2-3 business day for our after sales team to approve the application.
d) We might kindly ask you to send the defect item back us for further improvement in our products (Return postage will be covered by TEGAL), alternatively a refund will be directly issued without send item back per agreed with both parties.
f) If an exchange is requested by customer, we will send a replacement item with tracking. (2nd postage will be covered by TEGAL).

If you change your mind or wrong model is chosen by mistake, you may return your purchase to us within 14 days of the date you received it, no questions asked.

We'll issue the refund equal to the price you paid for the product, less our shipping costs.

If you purchase an item with promotional shipping (discounted or free shipping) and you return it because you change your mind, we will deduct the actual shipping costs from the amount. Both the cost of shipping the item to you and the cost of the return shipping to the warehouse will be deducted.

TEGAL does not guarantee that every computer related device 100% compatible with every computer.

We recommend customer read the description of each product carefully before purchase.

When a compatibility issue involving another brand’s device occurs, we recommend you contact TEGAL support team to seek advice before starting a warranty claim. TEGAL might request you to return the product to determine if the product is faulty.

Unfortunately items are occasionally damaged in transit or faulty.

If you notice that an item is damaged/faulty after it has been delivered to you, please take photos or video clearly showing the damage/fault and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 3 business days of receiving your delivery.

The type of remedy we offer will depend upon your request, e.g.

- Replace the product (subject to availability)

- Offer a partial or full refund

- Arrange for the product to be returned to us.

If we require you to return the product to us, we will pay the cost of the return.

Very occasionally we may accidentally ship the wrong item to you.

If you have received an incorrect item, please take photos or video clearly showing the incorrect items and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 3 business days of receiving your delivery.

We will offer to send you the correct item and arrange return of the incorrectly shipped item at no cost to you.

Cancellation

You may request to cancel an item from your order, only before an order reaches the dispatch processing stage.
